Returns Policy
Orders placed on shop.mcplusa.com non-returnable and non-cancelable. Defective products may be returned only with prior approval from MC+A. All return requests will be processed in accordance with the manufacture's return policy. If you receive the wrong merchandise due to a shipping error, we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and ship you the correct item.
We encourage customers to contact us if they have any doubts and a MC+A sales representive will assist them with placing an off line order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Software License Upgrades
We will required your current Google Search Appliance serial number. Upon verification of the term remaining on your appliance, we'll place the order for your upgrade. The license upgrade will be fullfilled within 3-5 business days after teh confirmation of term.
